GROUP TRIP REQUIREMENTS

Travelers MUST provide proof of a current and valid COVID-19 vaccination, with the final dose given at least 15 days prior to departure.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the date the traveler enters a foreign country. U.S. citizens can use any government-issued form of identification to travel between the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Travel insurance is a requirement to attend this group event. Vacation protection plan is included in the quote above.
Traveler's must have double occupancy room or a single occupancy fee will be added. Single rooms are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. The room types are on a request basis and will be subject to availability at the applicable confirmed hotel/resort. Room matching is available if needed.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Each reservation MUST include a $189 non-refundable deposit. No reservations will be deemed complete and no travel space will be held for traveler until a full deposit is made.
Five equal monthly payments of $286.60 are due on the 6th of each month and the final payment is due by May 6, 2022.
