COVID Policy

I, the undersigned, in consideration of the travel opportunity presented by Bonner Travels, LLC of Addis, Louisiana (hereinafter “Agency”) and afforded by the vendors considered, by authorizing payment on the travel package considered herein, acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The 2019 Novel Coronavirus (“COVID-19”, “Coronavirus”, “pandemic”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.

I am fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.

I understand that it is my responsibility to check, understand, and comply with the latest travel information regarding the Coronavirus outbreak with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices), domestic governing bodies (https://travel.state.gov), destination governing bodies, and all vendors associated with Clients travel.

I am aware that it is my personal decision to travel and I am doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations, restrictions, and requirements with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and take full responsibility for my actions with regards to this. I am fully and personally responsible for my actions during travel participation. I recognize that I may be at risk of contracting COVID-19 during travel participation and further hold this Agency harmless in the event that COVID-19 is contracted.

I understand and confirm that this Agency, after reasonable inquiry, has made available to the clients, by reference, referral, or other conveyance, the best available information known to this Agency regarding pandemic policies provided by travel suppliers and governing bodies, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruises lines, tour agencies, insurance provider, transfer agencies, or any other entity involved in Clients booking.

I am aware of the travel warnings, travel restrictions, and rules including temperature screening and use of masks, travel insurance restrictions, and restrictions that may impede my ability to enter or exit a destination as planned, related to COVID-19, and understands the risks, are accepting of these risks, and holds this Agency harmless for any of the following:  travel restrictions; death; illness; cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies, or any other travel provider; financial loss; quarantining rules; or measures put in place at airports or destinations Clients are traveling through or traveling to.

I further agree to hold this Agency harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies, or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to COVID-19 and agree not to sue or institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to this Agency or its partners for said penalties, fees, real damages, or alleged damages.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the forgoing Coronavirus COVID-19 Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Disclosure in its entirety and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and am fully competent to give my consent; that I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent to signing as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.
